Return Requirements
We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we do accept returns. Please contact us at support@theretrotee.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note the following items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization:

Intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, and earrings

Customized products (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
Other important notes:

Theretrotee is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused by laundering or dry-cleaning (e.g., shrinkage, discoloration, burns, tears, hardware damage, etc.).

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to reschedule delivery within 30 days, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please return your items to our designated warehouse address.
How to Make a Return

Sign in to your TheRetroTee account.

Email us at support@theretrotee.com with clear photos of the problem or defect.

Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging.

Attach the return label clearly on the outside of the package.

Ensure that:

All original tags (including TheRetroTee hangtags) are intact
-
The item is returned within 30 days of delivery

The package is dropped off within 7 days after a return label is issued

⏱ Fast Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within one week after we receive the return.
⚠️ Important: Returns must be authorized in advance through our Returns Portal or via email.
Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refund, exchange, or dispute and may only be returned to the customer at their expense under special circumstances.6.Return Address

Exchange Policy
We do not currently support direct exchanges.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please:

Follow the return process above for a refund

Place a new order for the desired item
Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund

Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee

We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
