Her eyes lit up as she reminisced: "Pig Stand opened in Texas in 1921—they were the world’s first drive-in restaurant. Their pulled pork sandwich? Legendary. I used to go to the Beaumont location as a kid... But now, even the last Houston spot is gone. I’ll never taste that sandwich again—or wear a shirt like this."
